What we collect

• Contact and delivery details you enter at checkout or in a contact form.
• Order history and warranty claim records.
• The name and contact detail you leave with a “notify me when available” request.
• Vehicle details you save to filter the catalogue.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and pages visited — for security and analytics.

Why we process it

To take and fulfil orders, to send stock notifications, to handle warranty claims, to answer technical enquiries and to meet our legal obligations on accounting and on the sale of regulated refrigerants. Marketing email is sent only where you have opted in, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Carriers, so they can deliver your order; our payment provider, which handles card data directly so that it never reaches this site; our customs broker on export shipments; and manufacturers, where a warranty claim requires inspection. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for ten years, as required by Turkish tax law. Contact-form and stock-notification records for two years. Analytics data in aggregated form only after 14 months.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep your basket and session working. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you may request access to your data, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, learn which third parties it has been transferred to, and object to results produced solely by automated systems. Write to our company email address; if you are not satisfied with the outcome you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
