Delivery & returns
Stock lines ordered before 16:00 on a working day leave the same day. Everything else is quoted with a lead time on the product page before you order.
Domestic delivery
- Standard, 2 to 3 working days — free over ₺2,500 ex VAT, otherwise ₺149.90.
- Next working day — ₺249.90, order before 16:00.
- Same day courier (within İzmir) — ₺399.90, order before 12:00.
- Saturday delivery — ₺449.90, order before 16:00 on Friday.
- Collection from the Çiğli warehouse — free, ready within two hours.
Remote regions and islands
Deliveries to some districts of eastern Türkiye, to Gökçeada and Bozcaada and to Northern Cyprus are carried on a 2 to 3 day service and are quoted at checkout by weight and postcode. Compressors, condensers and complete systems may attract a surcharge because of their size.
Export
As a foreign trade company we ship regularly to Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia. Customs paperwork, certificates of origin and export packing are prepared by us. Refrigerants and pressurised cylinders cannot travel by air; they move by road and sea only. Duties and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
- Unfitted parts may be returned within 30 days in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Contact us for a returns number before sending anything back so the credit can be matched to your order.
- Electrical parts that have been fitted cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Special order items and made-to-pattern hose assemblies are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within five working days of receipt.
Damaged or incorrect items
Check the goods on arrival. If a carton is damaged, sign for it as damaged and let us know within 48 hours with photographs. If we have sent the wrong part, we collect it and send the right one at our cost.
Right of withdrawal
For consumer purchases, Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 gives you 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason.
